We at Slimex.eu strive to give our customers a safe and secure experience, which is why we only use well established and safe partners for our payments.

1. Prices
All of our prices in the shop is listed in Euro (€) and includes 12% VAT (Food/Food Supplement) and 25% VAT (other). A shipping fee of 4.95€ will be applied if you choose economyshipping (3-5 workdays).

 

2. Delivery
Orders made before 12:00 on regular workdays will be shipped the same day. Delivery time for economyshipping is 3-5 days. Delivery delays can be because the item is not in stock, or something happened during shipping. All our shipping is made through our partner – The Swedish post office.

 

3. Payments
We only use well established ans safe partners for our payments.

Invoice

We work together with Klicknpay.
If you prefer to pay via your bank instead, we offer a bill service.

We will ship your item when we received the payment.

4. Non-collected items
If you don’t collect your item, the item will be sent back and no re-charging is avaible.

5. Changing or cancelling order
To change or cancel your order, you have to contact Slimex.eu. If the order has not been shipped yet the change/cancellation will be done for free. But if the order is shipped already, the customer will have to pay for the costs of returning the shipped item.

6. Warranty and returning items
All our items are controlled before shipping. But if you receive an item that is faulty or it’s not the right item, contact us as soon as possible. But not later than 14 days after you received the item. If you are going to return an item, it should be returned the way it was on delivery, together with an description of what was wrong with the item, then we will send you a new item or the right one.

Items being returned should be unopened and unused (the plastic bag or similar container can not be opened). When you send back the item, you also need to fill in the return form which is located on the back of the delivery note. In the case of an faulty item, the damage has to happen before the risk of damage is put on the customer (see point 8). In the case of a faulty item, cases were a product gives no effect is not counted as faulty. We can’t guarantee how much of an effect our product will have because it is affected by our customers biology. So the rate of effectiveness varies between people. Responsibility in the case of a faulty product is limited to what is written in these terms.
And we retain the right to not compensate a customer if it’s not under our responsibility.

7. Right of withdrawal
Your right to withdraw is according to law for 14 days after delivery. Repayment will be made after we receive the item, and will amount to the items price and other associated costs. The customer will stand for the shipment costs, and return can not be made as COD (Cash on delivery). For the return to be valid the customer has to send the order id or a copy of it, as well as informing Slimex.eu by mail or e-mail to: cs@slimex.eu
and stating that the customer is regretting the order. If the return is not valid, we will send you back the item and a return fee of 18.50€. If the delivery note is not available for return, add a paper with your name, address, phone number and which items are supposed to be returned. With return you usually gain credit. Your right to withdraw is not applicable if the seal on the item is broken (since our items are classed as food/food supplements).

 

8. Privacy Policy

When a customer places an order, you agree to our terms and accept that the customers privacy information is handled and stored by Better Life Pharma Sweden AB according to The Personal Data Act and the Data Inspection Board’s rules. We will not store your credit card information, and none of your personal information will be sold or given to a third party, except information necessary for invoice or otherwise allowed by law.

 

9. Legal age
You have to be 18 to purchase products from us.

10. Disputes
If you think that you have not been properly treated by us, we ask you to submit a written statement in were you describe the problem. If applicable, write the name, address, phone number, order number, and the merits of your complaint. If we are unable to resolve the dispute together, we ask you to contact your consumer advisors in your municipality. We comply with the Consumer Agency recommendations.If we end up in a  legal dispute, relevant Swedish law is exclusively applicable to the dispute.

11. Force Majeur
Any delay or failure in the performance by either Party hereunder shall be excused if and to the extent caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure. For purposes of this Agreement, Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is not reasonably foreseeable or otherwise caused by or under the control of the Party claiming Force Majeure, including fires, floods, explosions, riots, wars, hurricane, sabotage terrorism, vandalism. accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes, other than those of Seller or its suppliers, that prevent Seller from

furnishing the materials or equipment, and other like events that are beyond the reasonable anticipation and control of the Party affected thereby, despite such Party’s reasonable efforts to prevent, avoid, delay, or mitigate the effect of such acts, events or occurrences, and which events or the effects thereof are not attributable to a Party’s failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

12. Responsibility when using food supplements
Slimex is not responsible for the effects that could occur when using the products our website is selling. The company is selling food supplements, not medicine. Our products are not sold with the intention to heal, or have any kind of medicinal effect, they are sold to be used as food supplement by healthy people. Our manuals should be viewed as a recommendation and it’s in all cases up to the customer, to see if it’s a good idea to use food supplements. Using food supplements can be dangerous, for example if you overdose, extreme obesity, pregnancy or in combination with other substances or medicine and should consult a doctor before using a product. We take no responsibility for no effect or low effectiveness when you use food supplements.

13. Cookies
A cookie is a text file which is sent from a web page, for example betterlife.se, to your computer were it’s either temporarily put into memory (session cookie) or as a small text file (textbased cookies). We will not use cookies to save personal information about you. According the law on electronic communication, which was approved the 25 of july 2003, we now have to tell a visitor if we use cookies. When you visit this web page there will be a cookies saved on your computer. These cookies are so called, session cookies and are used to keep track on your log-in (if you are logged in) and your shopping cart when you are browsing the shop. Session cookies are not stored for longer durations of time, and disappear when you close your browser. If you don’t accept the use of cookies, you can change settings in your browser so that it automatically denies cookies, or that it informs you that a web page is using cookies. If you do turn off cookies, you won’t be able to shop, since the shopping cart and log-in needs cookies to work. Although you can still look around the shop without having cookies activated.
